Maybe you’ve heard of the “beanie bar”? That slightly crazy, fun, cool, and totally quirky concept that has helped over 500,000 men, women, and children crack a smile — or even burst out laughing — and most importantly, swap the pom-poms on their beanies!

 

Yep, that was us 😉

 

Maybe you’ve also come across the “80 bags around the world” concept that lets you personalize your backpack? That was us again! Or “the sock guinguette,” our way of solving the mystery of the lost sock in the washing machine? Still us… ;)

 

So, what is CABAIA today?

We operate through three main channels: our own boutiques and pop-up stores in France and Europe, a network of over 5,000 multi-brand retailers, and our e-shop!

 

We keep inventing and launching new concepts and products, but all of them share the same DNA: fun and colorful accessories, in a playful universe, with an outstanding customer experience and one guiding motto: “AMAZING EVERY DAY.”

 

With a team averaging 28 years old and coming from all walks of life, we’re determined to break the rules of traditional retail and become the leading European accessories brand (to start with!).

Store Manager
Full-time

CABAIA is looking for a Store Manager for its first store in the Netherlands at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands.

CABAIA is a French brand creating backpacks and luggage designed to make daily mobility more joyful—every single day, and forever. We believe everyone should be free to express their unique style, so we craft collections that adapt to every life and every desire.

​

Our mission? To turn every trip into a true adventure, multiply experiences, and help people live life their way. Simple as that.

 

Your mission—should you choose to accept it:

​

  • Store Operations – Make sure everything runs smoothly: from merchandising to checkout, all while delivering a unique and unforgettable experience to our customers.

  • Team Leadership – Create a dynamic work environment, motivate your team, and train new hires to become true CABAIA ambassadors.

  • Planning & Performance – Manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive your store to meet its goals.

  • Sales Animation – Bring energy to the floor, boost special operations, and make sure customers leave with a big smile.

  • Customer Service & Sales – Share your expertise, guide customers in their purchases, and sell our colorful products with passion.

  • Logistics – Receive deliveries, organize stock, and take part in inventories to keep the store as fabulous as it should be.

  • Cash Handling & Issue Resolution – Manage the POS, handle bank deposits, and resolve any issues with diplomacy.
